Terms and Delivery.

Payments for purchases;

Payments can be taken through PayPal or Stripe (using sterling). You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. Debit/credit card details are not stored.

If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer this is also possible, just email info@annabelwilkes.co.uk

If your artwork is damaged during transit, please let Annabel know within 10 days and she can send a replacement. When returning artwork please use recorded delivery and remember to ask for a certificate of postage.

If you find the print is not what you expected, it can be replaced or you can ask for a refund within 10 days. Refunds may take a week or 10 days to show up on your bank statement.

Orders made online;

Orders for artworks are packed by Annabel and shipped within 3- 5 working days, sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Shipping is usually £10.00, unless otherwise specified.

Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 days from time of shipping, but allow 7 working days in total in case of delays. I cannot accept liability for delivery instructions that you have given to couriers. Please give them clear instructions on where to leave your parcel.

Alternatively, you can pick up artworks from Bosulval Studios, Newmill. Ask Annabel to arrange this.

Shipping outside the UK;

Ask Annabel to arrange this if required. Please be aware there may be customs fees, tax or import duty to pay.

Payments for workshops;

If you are unable to attend a workshop please let Annabel know ASAP, an alternative date will be offered or a gift voucher. Refunds are only issued if there is no possibility of attending on a future date.
